How much is dormant in your CRM?
How many times have they been contacted?
Estimate based on results from previous projects. The pilot validates it with your own data in 14 days.
How it's calculated
- Meetings = sales ÷ % of meetings that end in a sale
- Qualified leads = meetings ÷ % of qualified leads who reach a meeting
- Leads reached = qualified ÷ % of reached leads who qualify
- Leads = reached ÷ % first contact rate
- Budget = leads × CPL · CAC = budget ÷ sales
The starting example comes from the real estate sales funnel guide. How to turn the result into a full plan: real estate marketing plan.
How much ad budget does a real estate development need?
It depends on the sales target, your funnel's conversion rates and cost per lead. Calculate it from the bottom up: sales, meetings, qualified leads, leads and budget. The calculator does it with your numbers.
Why does first contact change the budget so much?
Because every lead nobody reaches is paid money that never enters the funnel. If first contact rises from 30% to 60%, the same sales target needs half the leads and half the budget.
Which conversion rates should I use without history?
Start with conservative estimates and recalculate after a month with real data from your CRM. The first month of ads usually costs more because the platforms are still learning.
